Shelley Beaudoin, Licensed Mental Health Counselor
As an experienced clinical mental health counselor, co-owner, and clinical supervisor at Rising Tides Counseling Center, I offer a deeply attuned, compassionate space for people moving through grief, trauma, and life transitions, understanding that loss and change can feel disorienting and profoundly isolating. Clients are met with warmth, steadiness, and a genuine respect for the complexity of their emotional worlds.
Trained at Lesley University, with additional training in EMDR from EMDR Institute, I tend to bring a relational and trauma-informed lens to both clinical work and supervision. I support clients and clinicians alike in slowing down, listening closely, and making room for what feels most tender and unresolved. My approach emphasizes safety, authenticity, and the belief that meaningful healing unfolds within a trusting relationship.
As a supervisor, I am dedicated to mentoring clinicians in developing their own voice and clinical intuition, while grounding their work in ethical, reflective, and emotionally responsive care. I am passionate about fostering a practice culture that values depth, connection, and integrity.
I believe that healing is about being deeply seen and supported in the process of becoming. I am constantly reminded of the privilege to walk alongside clients and clinicians in moments of vulnerability, growth, and transformation.
